WHAT IS A GIFT CARD?

The Gift Card is a virtual pre-paid card, equivalent to cash, issued to the bearer, enabling the purchase of goods in the online store www.srodowiskomiejskie.pl.

The Urban Environment Gift Card is a great gift for any occasion! It will work well both during the holidays or when looking for a universal gift for a loved one, even for a birthday or name day.

Available card denominations: 50 , 100 , 150 , 200 , 250 , 300 , 500 and 1000 PLN

GIFT CARD REGULATIONS ŚRODOWISKO MIEJSKIE:

The card is a type of prepaid electronic payment method.
The virtual Card is delivered electronically in the form of a pdf file to the e-mail address provided by the ordering party.

The card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or until the funds on the card are exhausted.

The one-time discount code on the gift card can only be used in the online store www.SrodowiskoMiejskie.pl
In order to use the Gift Card in the Online Store you must:

1. Select products and add them to cart
2. In the order summary you will find a field to enter the code
3. Enter the alphanumeric code and click activate coupon
4. If the value of your purchases exceeds the value of the gift card, select a payment method
5. Go ahead and complete your purchase

The amount of the gift must include the cost of shipping the selected products.
The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash (in whole or in part).
Goods purchased using the Gift Card are not subject to return, but exchange.
After the expiry date of the Gift Card, it becomes invalid and does not entitle you to make further purchases in the www.SrodowiskoMiejskie.pl store
Unused funds on the Gift Card are not subject to return.

The Customer has the right to redeem the Gift Card in the case of a Sales Agreement whose value exceeds its nominal value, provided that in such a case the Customer is obliged to pay the remaining part of the price using the available payment methods in the given Store. In the case of a Sales Agreement whose value is less than the nominal value recorded on the redeemed Gift Card, the Customer is not entitled to receive funds constituting the difference between the value of the Sales Agreement and the value recorded on the Gift Card.

The issuance of a Gift Card does not constitute a sale subject to VAT under applicable tax law. A KP document (cash accepted) or balance status may be issued for the Gift Card at the Customer's request. The sales document is issued at the time of purchase of Products using the Gift Card.

In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant provisions of law shall apply.
