How can I cancel my order?

I cancelled an order in which I used a discount code, I want to use it again but it's not working?

Discount codes are single-use. If the order has been canceled, we cannot re-generate the discount code.

I returned the entire order because the products did not meet my expectations. Is it possible to receive the discount code for signing up to the newsletter again?

According to the regulations, the 5% discount code for signing up to the newsletter is single-use, non-refundable and cannot be re-generated in the event of an order being returned.

My order is not correct, what next?

If the package you received does not match the order, please send a photo of the contents along with the order number to the email address: kontakt@srodowiskomiejskie.pl.

How do I place an invoice order?

If you wish to receive an invoice, including for a natural person, please select the appropriate option in the basket summary and fill in the required data.

I haven't received a response to my email - what next?

We respond to emails on an ongoing basis. If you do not receive a response, please make sure that the message was sent to the correct address and check your SPAM folder. Can I change my order?

Unfortunately no, once an order has been placed it cannot be edited or changed.

My order did not receive a discount?

To take advantage of the discount, when placing your order, please enter the discount code in the "Do you have a promotional code?" field, which is located on the right side of the screen in the shopping cart, above the order summary.

Can I select a delivery time or provide different delivery addresses depending on the planned delivery time?

Standard courier delivery does not offer the option of choosing the delivery time (it is not covered by the delivery time guarantee). We therefore cannot guarantee you a specific delivery time. It is also not possible to place alternative delivery addresses.

Do I need to register to place an order?

No, there is no such obligation, but we recommend creating an account because it allows you to use our loyalty programs, store your order history and other benefits.

Shipping

What is the cost and delivery time?

Orders placed by 12:00 will be shipped the same day (with the selected delivery method via InPost / Paczkomaty courier).

Orders placed by 11:00 will be shipped the same day (with the selected delivery method via DPD and GLS courier).

We reserve the right to extend the shipping time in the event of a sudden increase in the number of orders.

When will I receive information about my shipment?

As soon as the shipment is packed you will receive information in an e-mail from the carrier (the courier company selected during the order) to the e-mail address provided when placing the order. You will also receive information from us about the change of order status to "Ready for shipping" and "Sent".

Do we ship abroad or to the UK?

We ship abroad. The delivery country and detailed costs are visible in the basket summary.

Unfortunately, due to Great Britain's withdrawal from the European Union, it is currently not possible to order our products with delivery to this country. At the moment we do not have information when this option will appear.

If you do not see the country to which you want to order a shipment - please contact us kontakt@srodowiskomiejskie.pl and we will prepare an offer and provide the possibility of ordering a shipment.

Do we do re-shipments?

Re-shipments are not possible. If you do not collect your order, it will be canceled. For paid orders, as soon as the package reaches us, we will process a refund.

Can I collect my order in person?

We currently do not accept personal collections or stationary sales. All orders are processed exclusively via our website.

Products

Will the product be available again? If so, when?

If you are interested in a product that is not available, please select the option "Notify me of availability" next to the product you are interested in on the product page. As soon as the product is back on sale and the stock is replenished, you will receive an email to the specified address about the re-availability of the selected product.

Is the color of the clothes the same as in the photo?

This question is quite complex. We make every effort to present photos that best reflect the actual appearance of products. However, it should be remembered that the color displayed on the monitor depends not only on the photo itself, but also on the monitor settings, matrix type and other factors. As a result, the same photo may look different on different devices.

Is the product presented on the store's website available immediately or do you have to wait a long time for it?

All presented products are available. If any product has been sold out, it "disappears" from the offer and you cannot place an order for it. Otherwise, the product will have the appropriate information on the product page in a visible place.

Payments

What are the forms of payment?

Customers of our store can use the following forms of payment:
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Fast online transfer
- PayPal
- Payment card
- Cash on delivery
- Transfer directly to our account in traditional forms

In the title of the transfer, please enter the order number.

The security of online payments is ensured by Tpay and Przelewy24.

Can I change my payment method?

You cannot change the payment method selected in the order once it has been placed. In case of failure, please place a new order. An unpaid or duplicate order will be automatically canceled by the system.

What if there is a payment failure or error?

If your payment failed, you can retry it:

1. Registered customers:

- By clicking "Retry payment" in the "My account" / "Order history" tab

- By writing to kontakt@srodowiskomiejskie.pl to generate a link (if the "Retry payment" option is not visible).

2. Unregistered customers:

- By checking your email - a message with a link to renew payment should arrive within a few minutes of placing the order.

- By writing to kontakt@srodowiskomiejskie.pl to generate a link (if you have not received the message).

I have some discount codes but I can't use them?

According to our sales policy, only one discount code can be used for one order. We suggest analyzing which code will be the most beneficial and using it.

Returns

How do I return a product?

If you wish to return a purchased product or products, please follow the instructions and procedures found at this link: Returns and complaints

When the order was returned the discount was also taken away. Why?

In the case of an order using a discount, e.g. PLN 40, its value is proportionally distributed between all products in the basket. In the event of a partial return, the part of the discount assigned to a given product cannot be transferred to the remaining products in the order.

How long does it take to receive a refund after returning products?

The funds will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 business days of receiving the returned shipment.

Can I exchange the product?

We do not accept exchanges in our store. If the product you received is not suitable, please read the return procedure available at Returns and complaints and place a new order.
