IN-STORE RETURNS ŚRODOWISKO MIEJSKIE

At the Środowisko Miejskie online store, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To receive a full refund, the product must be unused (the product can be tried on, but must not show any signs of wear, damage, or washing).

How to make a return?

Returned products must be secured for transport and packaged with the completed return form. Please remember that if you are making a return, the returned products must not show any signs of use. Otherwise, the products will be returned to you and you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Shipments should be sent by registered mail or courier, retaining proof of posting. Shipments sent to addresses other than those listed above will not be accepted.

The warehouse does not accept cash on delivery shipments.

Returns of goods such as boxers after opening the sealed package are not accepted for personal hygiene reasons.

When and how will we refund your money?

The cost of return shipping is always the responsibility of the customer and depends on the carrier.

➔ We will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used to pay for your order. If you selected cash on delivery in the original transaction, we will process your refund to the bank account number provided on the form. If you are returning all the products in your order, we will refund the full amount paid. In the case of a partial refund, you will receive the value of the returned products.

In the event of returning products as part of a promotion or special campaign in which the customer received a free or additional product, the customer is obliged to also return the free or additional product for the return to be accepted.

Can I return one product from my order?

➔ Of course, you can return only one product from your order - you do not have to return the entire order.

How do I exchange a product?

If you would like to exchange a product, please return the product that does not fit, complete the form and send the package back to our address, then place a new order.

This will help you avoid waiting for your exchange to be processed and receive your new product faster.

How to make a complaint?


When you buy from our store, you're guaranteed to receive authentic, new, and unused products. If, for any reason, your purchase proves defective, you can file a complaint within one year of receipt.

Complaints are subject to products due to the discovery of physical defects, hidden materials and defects caused by the manufacturer's fault.

Natural wear and tear of the goods, mechanical damage, or failure to follow the washing, drying and ironing instructions do not constitute grounds for a complaint.

We do not accept complaints about goods purchased in another store.

We do not accept complaints about dirty or wet goods.


We will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment with the complaint form.
