How to make a complaint?
When you buy from our store, you're guaranteed to receive authentic, new, and unused products. If, for any reason, your purchase proves defective, you can file a complaint within one year of receipt.
Please send the product you are complaining about along with the completed complaint form to the following address:

The shipment should be sent by registered mail or courier, retaining the proof of posting.Parcels sent to an address other than the one above will not be accepted.
The warehouse does not accept cash on delivery shipments.
➔Complaints are subject to products due to the discovery of physical defects, hidden materials and defects caused by the manufacturer's fault.
➔ Natural wear and tear of the goods, mechanical damage, or failure to follow the washing, drying and ironing instructions do not constitute grounds for a complaint.
➔ We do not accept complaints about goods purchased in another store.
➔ We do not accept complaints about dirty or wet goods.
➔ We will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment with the complaint form.
