We are extremely excited to announce our new brand ambassador - the reliable Cezary Oleksiejczuk! For those who don't know him yet, let us introduce you to this unique athlete who will now represent the Środowisko Miejskie around the world.

Who is Cezary Oleksiejczuk and what was his sports career like?

Cezary Oleksiejczuk, born on January 6, 2000 in Łęczna, Polish mixed martial arts fighter, former AFC featherweight and lightweight champion and former FEN welterweight champion. Currently a player of Ankos MMA Poznań, where he trains under the leadership of Andrzej Kościelski. 

Amateurism:

Before his professional career, he fought 12 amateur fights, 9 of which he won, fighting the first four matches for the Professional MMA League (PLMMA).On September 12, 2015, after winning a fight with Bartłomiej Faruga, he won the Amateur Fighting Championships featherweight championship belt. After over six months (March 18, 2016), he defended the title, defeating Karol Żurowski. In June of the same year (June 4, 2016), he also became the champion of the higher weight category (lightweight), defeating Artur Pawlik. He also fought three times for the Thunderstrike Fight League.

Beginnings in TFL and RWC:

He made his debut in his first professional fight on March 23, 2018 at the TFL 13 gala in Lublin. He won by defeating Jakub Martys by technical knockout. On June 16, 2018, in his second fight at TFL 14, he faced Belarusian, Wadim Jakshuk. As in the first fight, he defeated his rival by TKO. He recorded his first defeat in his professional career on October 20, 2018, when he was guillotine choked by Kamil Dolgowski at the end of the 1st round. At the end of 2018, he joined the newly established Rocky Warriors Cartel organization. During the first edition of this gala, he outpointed his opponent from Tricity after a unanimous decision of the judges. On April 14, 2019, he lost the fight against Jacek Jędraszczyk by unanimous decision of the judges. In a one-off fight for Armia Fight Night, he spectacularly subjected the so-called Jacek Bednorz's balacha. The fight lasted only one minute and 45 seconds.

Bare-knuckle fight and return to RWC:

In the first bare-knuckle (gloveless) superfight for the Wotore organization, he defeated Damian Majewski on MMA terms. The tournament rival tapped a choke after just over a minute of fighting On July 31, 2020, in the last match for Rocky Warriors, Cartel added his fifth professional victory to his record at the RWC 5 gala in Mrągowo. He choked Austrian Anton Franjic's brabo in the 1st round.

FEN : 

On February 2, 2021, information appeared that Oleksiejczuk would make his debut for the leading Polish organization Fight Exclusive Night. At FEN 32, he defeated a Dutch kickboxer in his plane, ending it with punches on the ground. During FEN 34, he crossed gloves with Szymon Dusza. He won by unanimous decision of the judges (30:27, 29:28, 30:27). The match was rewarded with a financial bonus for the best fight of the evening of the gala. At the FEN 37 gala in Wrocław, he won the welterweight championship belt. By unanimous decision of the judges, he defeated an experienced Russian, Aygun Akhmedov On March 12, 2022, during FEN 39, it was announced that he would start the first defense of the FEN welterweight championship belt at the jubilee, fortieth gala. On June 18 in Ostróda, he faced the title challenger, Kamil Kraska. He successfully defended his welterweight championship belt, winning by unanimous decision of the judges. The matchup was rewarded with a bonus for the best fight of the night On October 15, 2022, at FEN 42, he defended his welterweight title for the second time, technically knocking out former FEN featherweight champion (from 2019) Adrian Zielinski with a body kick in the first round. Two days later, the FEN organization awarded Oleksiejczuk a bonus for the best knockout of the evening at the FEN 42 gala. During FEN 45, which took place on March 11, 2023 in Ząbki, he started the third defense of the championship belt in a duel with Mansur Abdurzakov. He won this start after a five-round battle by unanimous decision (2x 50-45, 49-46). Two days later, the FEN federation awarded both competitors an additional bonus for the fight of the evening. In the main event of the FEN 51 gala, which took place on October 14, 2023 in Lubin, he was to start another defense of the FEN title, but the original rival, Kazakh Bauyrzhan Kuanyshbayev, had to withdraw from the fight 3 days before the gala. Oleksiejczuk's new rival was former UFC fighter Chris Fishgold. The clash took place within the contractual limit of 79 kilograms. He won in the first round by technical knockout.

Khan Fight and return to FEN :

November 19, 2023 Jakub Borowicz, the so-called matchmaker of the FEN organization, announced via social media about Oleksiejczuk's next fight this year. This time, the player of the Ankos MMA club fought outside Poland. During Khan Fight 3: Veni, Vidi, SMASH!, which took place on December 16, 2023 in Bursa, Turkey, he faced the undefeated Turkish-Russian Alibeg Rasulov. Unexpectedly, he lost by unanimous decision of the judges to a rival who dominated him wrestling over the full distance On January 12, 2024, it was announced that Oleksiejczuk had been stripped of his FEN championship belt. The reason for this decision, presented by the matchmaker of the FEN federation, was Oleksiejczuk's defeat outside the federation. In his next fight, which he fought on March 16, 2024 in Lubin during the main event of FEN 53: KGHM Fight Night, he fought against Kazakhstan, Bauyrzhan Kuanyshbayev. During the break before the fourth round, the fight was interrupted. The last knee received by Kazach caused a deep cut on his forehead, leaving him unable to continue the engagement. The winner by TKO after the doctor's intervention was Oleksiejczuk. For Oleksiejczuk, it was the last fight in the contract with the Fight Exclusive Night organization.
